Chaminade's 5th Annual Mother-Son Service Day will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012.
In the spirit of both family and Christian service, this day will provide both some quality time with your son and an opportunity to help serve the St. Louis community during the Christmas season.
Chaminade Mother-Son Service Day
Date: Saturday, December 1 from 8:30am – 1:00pm
Capacity: Space is limited and is first come first served and has reached capacity.
We have room for approximately 125 volunteers for the Mother-Son Service Day this year.
Mass : 8:30 AM in Immaculate Conception Chapel at Chaminade (We will sit according to service projects; signs will be posted)
Coffee/Light Breakfast : 9:20 AM - 9:40 AM in Cafe
Volunteers Leave for their Sites: 9:40 AM
Arrive at Service Projects: 10:00 AM - 10:10 AM
Service Projects: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Brief Overview of Organization's Mission/Service Project
Location: We will gather for Mass and commissioning at the Immaculate Conception Chapel at Chaminade. Mother-Son volunteers will be dispersed to various service sites.
Directions: Mother-Son volunteers will provide their own transportation to the service sites. Directions to service sites will be given out that morning.
What to wear: Dress appropriately to decorate and bake Christmas cookies.
