Chaminade's Application for Admission

Students applying for grade 6, 7, 8, 10 or 11: 

Chaminade accepts one of two application forms: Chaminade's Application for Admission, or the Independent Schools of St. Louis (ISSL) Secondary Application.  You may click on the link to the right to start completing Chaminade's Application for Admission.  To apply online using the ISSL Secondary Application, please visit the ISSL website.  Also required is the Transcript Release Form which is submitted to your son's present school.

Freshman applicants only (grade 9): 

In addition to Chaminade's Application for Admission, the St. Louis Archdiocesan Application/Transcript Release Form is also required. Students attending a Catholic grade school received a copy of this form from their school in October. Students attending a private or public school should request a copy of this form by contacting Matthew Saxer '85, Director of Admissions, at 314-692-6650 or msaxer@chaminade-stl.com.  Freshman applicants should not use our own Transcript Release Form to obtain transcripts as the Archdiocesan Application asks the student's present school to send transcripts to Chaminade.
