The Classroom

 An outdoor classroom, by definition, is an outdoor location that students can learn about and interact with the natural environment. There is no need for benches, chalkboard, or electricity. At Chaminade, we have been fortunate to have the aid of several Eagle Scouts over the years. The outdoor classroom benches was the direct result of one such project. This space has allowed various science, english, religion, and art teachers to bring their students outdoors to teach and learn in an alternate environment.
